HFFR Halogen Free Flame Retardant For UL94 V-0 Polyolefin , PP PE TPV TF-251

 

 

TF-251 is a new type of environment-friendly flame retardants with P-N synergies, which is suitable for polyolefin , thermoplastic elastomer and so on.

 

The dosage is about 19-25% for PP, 23-25% for PE. 

 

TF-251 have excellent char forming properties. When the flame retardant product is burning, the carbonized layer will be formed on the surface to isolate oxygen so that it can prevent flame spreading. The density of final product with TF-251 is low and low smoke will be produced when burning . Problems such as hydration and salinification will not emerge.
