Acrylic Adhesive Used APP Ammonium Polyphosphate Halogen Free Flame Retardant

Halogen-free flame retardants are compounds that when added to the polymer in solid, liquid or gas phase, they can provide fire resistance to the final product when exposed to heat. Depending on the composition, different substances (such as antimony trioxide, melamine, aluminum, phosphorus and magnesium) help to reduce the amount of filler added to the flame-polymer matrix which can be attributed to different final properties, such as high heat resistance, viscosity and char formation.

Adhesives that can be used for structural applications include acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, modified epoxy, etc. Its purpose is to replace mechanical fasteners, and the reasons for using adhesives vary by application.

TF-OH01 fireproof additive has good compatibility with acrylic acid.

Characteristics

Halogen free and free of heavy metal ions. Small particle size, good compatibility with acrylic adhesive and good dispersion in acrylic adhesive. Excellent flame retardant performance, with the addition volume 15%, it can stop burning when get away from fire.

Application
