Fabric back coating is a kind of craft application method where the flame-retardant is applied in a bonding resin to the reverse surface of an otherwise flammable fabric. In this method, the aesthetic quality of the face of the fabric is maintained while the flame-retardant property is present on the back or reverse face. TF-211 is a phosphorus containing non-halogen flame retardant dedicated for textile back coating.

Advantages

Good compatibility with organic polymers and resins, especially acrylic emulsion.

Low water solubility, not easy to precipitate under high temperature and high humidity conditions.

Application

TF-211 features very good stain resistance for hot water. There is no stain remaining in the textile after hot water drops on the fabric.

Suitable for all types of flame-retardant textile coatings, especially for acrylic emulsion coatings.

In dry and cool place, keeping out of moisture and sunshine, shelf life two year.
