Non Toxic APP Ammonium Polyphosphate For Fire Retardant Fabric With Low Solubility

Flame retardant additives are a very different group of substances. Their chemical and physical properties, chemical behavior, action and performance, toxicology and, of course, also differ from an environmental perspective. These flame retardant additives have a common effect, which reduces the flammability of the materials used, such as in thermoplastics, thermosetting materials, textiles, paints, etc... flame retardants inhibit or resist the spread of fire.

Txitile back coating is a kind of craft application method where the flame-retardant is applied in a bonding resin to the reverse surface of an otherwise flammable fabric. In this method, the aesthetic quality of the face of the fabric is maintained while the flame-retardant property is present on the back or reverse face.

Advantages

Halogen-free, none heavy metal ions.

Stain resistance for hot water.

Low water solubility, not easy to precipitate under high temperature and high humidity conditions.

Good compatibility with organic polymers and resins, especially acrylic emulsion.

Application

TF-211 features very good stain resistance for hot water and there is no stain remaining in the textile after hot water drops on the fabric.

Suitable for all types of flame-retardant textile coatings, especially for fabric acrylic emulsion coatings.

25kg /bag, 24mt/20’fcl without pallets, 20mt/20’fcl with pallets. Other packing as request.

In dry and cool place, keeping out of moisture and sunshine, shelf life two year.
