Ammonium Polyphosphate Water Soluble Paper Flame Retardant With Low Arsenic Used For Textile Directly Contact With Skin

 

TF-304 is a water soluble APP with low arsenic less than 2ppm . Its raw material is food grade. When it is used as flame retardant on paper, textile, especially for textile ,it can be for textile directly contact skin, such baby car seat.

Most flame retardants used for impregnation are ammonium phosphate and water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate. In recent years, guanidine phosphate and sulfonamide are often used, but the treated paper easily absorbs water and feels bad.

 

Application

1. Impregnating the base paper with flame retardant aqueous solution / water dispersion

 

The flame retardant impregnation treatment method of paper products is similar to that of wood. The flame retardant is usually configured as a 10% -20% aqueous solution, an appropriate amount of penetrant is added, and after a period of time is taken out, dried and smoothed to obtain a flame retardant paper product.

 

Affected by the thickness of the paper, the dosage amount of flame retardant is usually 10-20g / m2. The method is carried out outside the papermaking equipment, the processing time is short, and the operation is simple. Suitable for all kinds of raw paper, decorative paper, wallpaper, construction paper, etc.

 

2. Cover the surface of the paper with a flame retardant solution

 

Use a flame retardant aqueous solution or flame retardant dispersion to brush and spray on the paper surface. This method can save the amount of flame retardant and is easy to operate, but can only achieve the surface flame retardancy of thick paper, which is not conducive to the overall flame retardancy of paper.

 

Flame retardants and adhesives are often used together to improve the strength, abrasion resistance and water resistance of paper products.
