Water Soluble Ammonium Polyphosphate Halogen Free For Wood Fire Prevention

APP (Ammonium Polyphosphate) is mainly polymerized by monomer Phosphorus Pentoxide (P2O5) and Diammonium Hydrogen Phosphate (DAP)
APP uses an intumescence mechanism for flame retardancy.
APP decomposes ammonia and polyphosphoric acid at 275°C. The ammonia dilutes the oxygen concentration while expanding and loosening the carbon layer to insulate from heat.
APP is halogen-free and environmentally friendly.

 

Product description:

Ammonium polyphosphate with short chain and low polymerization degree, PH value is neutral.

The fire-retardant mechanism is mainly based on the condensed phase , which has both flame-retardant and smoke suppression effects

It can be applied by autoclave, immersion or spray. If special treatment is carried out, it can be used to prepare high concentration fireproof liquid to 50% to meet the fire protection requirements of special production
2. It can also be used as flame retardant for water-based fire extinguishers and wood varnish
3. It can also be used as high-concentration binary compound fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer.
