Eco Friendly Halogen Free Flame Retardant UL94-V0 Level For HDPE LDPE PE
Brief introduction:
APP(ammonium polyphosphate) is mainly polymerized from monomeric diphosphorus pentaoxide(P2O5) and diammonium hydrogenorthophosphate(DAP)
APP is flame retardant using expansion mechanism.
APP decomposes ammonia gas and polyphosphoric acid at 275 ℃. Ammonia dilutes the oxygen concentration and at the same time expands and loosens the carbon layer to isolate heat.
APP is halogen free, environmental friendly.
TF-251 is a new type of environmentally friendly flame retardant with P-N synergistic effect, suitable for polyolefins, thermoplastic elastomers, etc. TF-251 has excellent charcoal properties. When the flame retardant product is burned, a carbonized layer will be formed on the surface to isolate oxygen, thereby preventing the spread of flames. The final product of TF-251 has low density and produces low smoke when burned. Problems like hydration and salinization will not arise.
