Intumescent Flame Retardant Based On Phosphorus For Polypropylene PP Polyethylene PE With UL94 V-0
TF-251 is developed for polyolefin and thermoplastic elastomer, especially for polyethylene. With adding 23%~25%, the PE product will achieve UL94-V0. TF-251 is P-N synergies. TF-251 contains acid, gas and carbon sources for carbonizing, the expansion mechanism plays a flame-retardant role. TF-251 flame retardant polyolefin, glass fiber reinforced polyolefin, flame retardant can reach UL94 V-0(1.5mm), simultaneously passed GWIT 750℃ and GWFI 960℃ glow-wire test, and not approved by the EU and its Council Restrictions on the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive 2002/95/EC.Flame retardant products also have low density, hair Low smoke Content.
